8Peaks BREWING is a new brewer established in Chino city in 2018. We produce beer using hops grown near Yatsugatake.

Roughly 80 years ago, major beer manufacturers turned the western foothills of Yatsugatake into one of the first hops cultivation areas in Japan.

The term craft beer refers to a diverse variety of unique beers created by craftsmen at small breweries.
At 8Peaks, we use only Yatsugatake-grown hops and design a balance between sweetness, aroma, bitterness and body specifically to match the local cuisine and natural environment.

Can you imagine the type of beer you want to drink when gathered with friends for dinner?
For example, Yai Yai Pale Ale is created to improve the flavor of meat dishes and tomato dishes.
This beer enhances the finest moments and further improves the quality of time spent with friends.

For time spent with that special someone, we recommend Samydé Stout, available in winter only. Its aromatic malt and deep body provide a period of peace and comfort, and when combined with chocolate or darkly-colored dishes in a warm room, you can leisurely enjoy a mature time.
